Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a message confirming receipt of the order as well as information about the shipping and billing of the order placed.

Payment

All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) only for buyers in European Union. For buyers outside UE, the corresponding taxes (VAT) will be added to the amount of the purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times

The delivery time will be 2 to 5 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Processing the order can take up to 2 working days. Due to covid-19 shipping might take a little longer than usual

www.jellymade.com will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as for acts of God or force to majeure.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the good to return it. You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period by sending an email to hello@jellymade.com with the following information:

-Consumer name

The client must bear the direct cost of the expenses generated by the return and shipment of the products. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. www.jellymade.com is in no case responsible for the product you return ithat is lost or damaged during shipping it back.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment

The right to withdraw will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them. Therefore, no refund will be made if the item has been used beyond the mere opening of it, or products that are not in the same delivery conditions or that have suffered any damage.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision, the present General Conditions subsisting in everything else, such provision being considered not included.

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. JELLYMADE and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the contracting of products or services that are the object of these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.
