If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the good to return it. You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period by sending an email to hello@jellymade.com with the following information:

-Product name _____, order number ____, made on date _____ and received on date ______

-Consumer name

The client must bear the direct cost of the expenses generated by the return and shipment of the products. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. www.jellymade.com is in no case responsible for the product you return ithat is lost or damaged during shipping it back.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment

The right to withdraw will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which the customer received them. Therefore, no refund will be made if the item has been used beyond the mere opening of it, or products that are not in the same delivery conditions or that have suffered any damage.
